- Spaces are limited to a maximum of 16 people.
- The price of the event is fixed. No discounts can be made for anyone attending for a shorter period of time, or for choosing not to participate in some, or all, of the classes and excursions.
- A £150 non-refundable deposit is required by the 31st of December 2023.
- Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
- Full payment is required by 30 JUNE 2024.
- Receipt and confirmation of payments will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
- Individual attendees must complete the following forms before participating in any organised activity. The required forms will be sent to you prior to the event.

- Exercise Readiness Questionnaire.

- Non-Transferable:
- Spaces are non-transferable from person to person.
- Dates are non-transferable.
- The activities on our itinerary are for the sole use of those that have booked and paid for our complete package.
- If you are travelling with a companion and they wish to participate in any of our planned activities, they must also purchase our complete package.
- We strongly recommend that all participants have both valid travel insurance and a GHIC/EHIC card for activities and pursuits planned in our itinerary. This is the responsibility of each individual.
- Our planned itinerary is subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances:
- A minor change such as location, times, activity, or cancellation may occur.
- Force Majeure - the occurrence of an event beyond our control and could not be avoided even if all due care had been exercised.
- Accommodation:
- Whilst we will provide recommendations for accommodation, we accept no responsibility for Bookings, Cancellations, Complaints, Payments, or Refunds. This is between you (the customer) and the accommodation provider.
- Flights:
- Whilst we will provide recommendations for flights, we accept no responsibility for Bookings, Cancellations, Complaints, Payments, or Refunds. This is between you (the customer) and the airline/travel agent.
- Cancellation Policy. We strongly recommend that you have a valid travel insurance policy that will cover cancellation.
- The deposit of £150 is non-refundable.
- Once the remaining balance of £645 has been paid in full by the 30/06/2024, any subsequent cancellation will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 50% refund of the balance paid if cancelled before 31/07/2024.
- 0% refund if cancelled after 01/08/2024.
